BE (Civil) with Post Graduation in Highway Engineering with 20-25 years experience, including 10 years experience in designing and supervision of major highway / expressway projects. Should have handled project preparation and construction supervision work of Major Highway Projects / Access Controlled Expressway Projects of four / six lane of at least 50 Kms length. Should be able to plan, lay out and do geometric designs of the Expressway, pavement, drainage systems, interchanges, toll plaza system, safety measures, access control measures, wayside amenities etc. Experience in planning and construction supervision of Rigid Pavement Highway / Expressway of 2 / 4 lanes is mandatory.

BE (Civil) with Post Graduation in structural / Bridge engineering with 20-25 years experience including 10 years in designing of Bridges / structures. Should be able to design bridge with various alternative materials and structural arrangements and should have designed at least two major bridges each of about 200 m length. Should have experience in designing and implementing bridge rehabilitation. Should have experience of planning and monitoring geo-technical and hydraulic investigations for the bridges / structures and interpreting the findings. Should have experience in designing of elevated highways, interchange structures and reinforced earth retaining walls.

BE (Civil) with Post Graduation in Transport Engineering / Highway Engineering with 20 years experience, including 8-10 years in designing and construction of rigid pavement. Should have thorough knowledge and understanding of best practices in the field of designing, construction and maintenance of rigid pavement including latest codal stipulation and specifications. Should have designed, supervised construction and maintenance of rigid pavement for the entire project of 4 / 6 lane major highway / Expressway of at least 50 Kms length.

BE (Civil) with Post Graduation in Traffic and Transportation engineering with 20 years experience, including 5 years on major highway / expressway projects. Should have experience for assessing capacity needs, planning and design of interchanges, over / underpasses, access and service roads, toll plazas, wayside amenities, safety measure, lighting, traffic management and logistics of various operations. Should have been a traffic engineer engaged in planning and design of fully access controlled highways / expressways of 4 / 6 lane of at least 50 Kms length. Additional experience in the field of design, construction and operation of expressways will be an advantage. Should have 5 years experience on projects of which at least one should involve works on 4 /6 lane expressway.

BE (Civil) with Post Graduation in Highway / Transportation engineering with 15 years experience, including 5 years on a major highway / expressway projects. Should have at least 5 years experience in estimation of quantities and costs of various components of aggregate length of not less than 100 Kms of 4 / 6 lane major highway / expressway projects. Experience on rigid pavement road will be an advantage.

BE (Civil) with Post Graduation in Geo-technical engineering with 15 years experience including 5 years on major highway / expressway projects. Should be able to review test results of bore holes, quarries, borrow area material, and construction materials to find their suitability for using in construction. Should be fully conversant with standard codes / specifications of materials and in particular should have thorough knowledge of cement, concrete and rigid pavement specifications and testing procedures. Should be able to establish and check field laboratories for their being as per specifications and supervise the setting up of various equipment such as rock crushers, batch mixing plant and slip form pavers for rigid pavement. Should have handled major project with aggregate length of 100 Kms of 4 / 6 lane major highways / expressways in the capacity of Quality Engineer with specific reference to rigid pavement.
