All the operations of cement is computerized through an ERP software containing modules for Inventory, Purchase, Finance, Sales & Distribution, Costing, Excise & Taxation, HR & Payroll and MIS. These modules are fully integrated and any entry made in one module is readily available in another module.
This ERP is working on an online entry concept, where all the transaction points are feeding real time data on to the Central Server available at Sahibabad. Every location is connected through continuous link such as Cabled network, Fiber Optic, V-Sat, Leased Line or ISDN. Software is fully web enabled therefore it can be accessed through Internet also.
Software is fully secured based on privilege extended to various user groups. Every transaction and master data entered in the software has defined authorization, which controls the flow and usage of data at various level. For data access also, only privileged user can browse through the database for his region.
