The training programs focusing on technical side of various disciplines like civil, mechanical and electrical are undertaken using a Structured Training Plan. Development of managerial cadre is done by the Future Managerial Cadre Program.
Structure Training Plan (STP)
The Structure Training Plan (STP) an In – House Training Program is formulated for the diverse work force. The training programme in existence was formulated by the concerted efforts of Senior Executives Of Jaypee Ventures Limited and the HRD Cell. The STP serves as a platform for sharing of experiences of the Senior Executives with their juniors / workmen regarding various construction and business related activities.
As and when new technologies are adopted in the construction industry, it gets incorporated into the STP, to keep the work force updated with the new developments that are taking place both within the organization and in the external world.
Future Managerial Cadre (FMC)
The need of skilled Engineers and Managers is ever increasing within the organization. This need has intensified in the recent past with the company venturing into the Hydro Power Projects. Keeping these issues in mind it was considered prudent that we develop a “Select Cadre” from our existing pool off Engineers and Managers and also do direct recruitment by Campus Interviews from Institutions of repute. This select cadre would be provided with an opportunity to undergo special training programs.
The FMC Cadre is imparted training by some of the most highly acclaimed educational institutes and reputed agencies in India. These FMC candidates hone their skills further by taking on the role of a trainer at various sites, In the process, they upgrade their skills and refresh their technical capabilities.
