All the project sites provide free medical facilities and have an on site doctor.

Life at Project Sites
Most of the project sites are located in remote areas. In these places we attempt to create a home away from home. The group provides Field Hostels and Family Accommodations at these places. All the needs of the employees ranging from food to laundering of the clothes and other basic needs are taken care of by the organization. Some of the project sites also have gyms where the employees can do a work out after hours.

Safety of Workers & Employees
The group is fully aware of its obligations when it comes to safety of its workers at its various project sites along with the cement operations. All the safety procedures are in place and are strictly adhered to by every employee to avoid any accidents. Training is imparted to employees to make them aware of the safety procedures that need to be followed while working. The group has won national awards for accident free workplace over the past couple of years.
