Over the years the company has acquired proven capabilities in executing turnkey contracts. The experience overseas and the turnkey construction of the three cement plants, and three hotels, involved structural fabrication, erection and commissioning of electro-mechanical and electro-equipment. The proposed hydro power projects will further add to this wealth of experience. In the field of heavy civil engineering construction, most of our jobs from public sector undertakings and state governments involved only execution with design inputs being given by the clients. The first exposure to turnkey construction was when the company was awarded Trunk Sewer Project in Baghdad, Iraq. The subsequent 3 jobs in Iraq were also handled on turn-key basis. The experience of undertaking turn-key jobs helped the group company and our own cement plants. The in-house international design and consultancy organization will provide additional strengths to the group. The company is in a position to harness these strengths for undertaking projects on a turnkey basis from concept to commissioning.
